Skills Certification
Australian Skills and Assessment Centre has the exclusive agreement with Futurum International.
Futurum has been established for over 18 years as an Australian registered training organisation with the authority to provide internationally recognised qualifications under the Australian Qualifications Training Framework (AQTF) and standards.  Futurum conduct workplace assessments and training within Australia and Internationally.

There are three options:

1. Full assessment of all skills to achieve a qualification
2. Recognition of prior learning with demonstration of current skills
3. Partial Assessment and training

Futurum offers assessment and training services for accreditation in the following certificates:

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
• Certificate III in Food Processing ( Bakery)
• Construction
• Business Operations

English Language, Literacy and Numeracy issues
Some candidates may have limited skills in English language, literacy and numeracy.

Futurum uses a number of tools and techniques to customise the training and assessment process to ensure candidates are supported during learning, without the loss of integrity of the training and assessment process. These tools and techniques include:

• Interpreter services
• Training material customised in “plain English”
• Using signs, symbols and graphics to assist with interpretation of information
• Asking candidates to demonstrate skill being assessed
• Provision of a scribe for candidates unable to write

Migration Services

Australian employers have been experiencing dramatic skill shortages in a range of occupations for a number of years.

ASAC provides skilled training and job placement for Overseas Workers with Australian employers.

ASAC provides assistance with permanent residency sponsorship applications, business sponsorships and/or other migration matters for your staff

ASAC’s migration agents will lodge the employer sponsorship agreement, worker nomination and Visa application. There are several visa options for temporary or permanent skilled migration. ASAC’s migration agents will advise you.

ASAC recruits exclusively through a network of agents in India, Philippines, Korea, Hong Kong, China and Dubai.

Candidate selection

ASAC has an exclusive arrangement with a network of selected overseas agents. In most cases the skills and qualifications of the candidates have been credentialed by Futurum International, an Australian Registered Training Organisation.

That means the skills of the candidates have been validated  by ASAC. Our industry experts travels regularly to the locations in questions and trade-test each candidate against Australian Industry standards
